Job Title: Electrician (Inspection & Testing)

Location: Wigan (WN2)

Pay Rate: £18.89 p/hr + overtime

Hrs : Monday - Friday 07:00-15:30hrs

Contract: PAYE - Temp - Permanent

The Company

Our client provides portable cabins and modular offices for temporary, semi-permanent and permanent use to a huge variety of industries, including the construction and education sectors.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Electrician (Inspection & Testing) to complete electrical installations and ensure they are safe and fit for purpose in compliance with 18th Edition wiring regulations.

As the Electrician, your duties will be:

• Installation/alteration/modification in new and existing units.
• Inspect electrical installations
• Carry out initial verification
• Perform periodic inspection & testing
• Assist in preparation of the units before going out for rental.
• Supervise a small team of electricians.

The ideal Electrician will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Must be a time served/qualified Electrician.
• Hold a 2391 Inspection & Testing certification/AM2
• JIB/ECS Approved
• Any previous supervisory experience would be ideal.
