Quantity Surveyor / QS / Construction or Utilities / NEC / NEC3 / NEC4 / Commercial / Cost Planning / Contract Negotiation / Risk Management / Permanent role / Norfolk / Peterborough / Bacton - £50,000 – 62,500 + bonus + benefits.
One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor.
Location – Norfolk area – hybrid set up, approx. 2 days per week in Bacton, 1 day per week in Peterborough and 2 days working from home
Salary £50,000 – 62,500 + bonus + benefits
Experience:
- Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role (or similar – such as Commercial Analyst / Lead / Consultant)
- Construction OR Utilities (Energy/Gas/Electricity/Water etc) project experience
- NEC contracts
Desirable:
- BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
- Experience line managing or mentoring Quantity Surveyors
- CICES or RICS chartered status
