Chartered Building Surveyor in Leeds | Independent Consultancy


Looking for a role where your input genuinely shapes the business?


This independent, director-led building surveying and project management consultancy is growing its Leeds office and is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team.


You’ll work directly with experienced directors on a wide variety of projects from commercial and industrial work (offices, logistics parks, airport facilities) to education and leisure schemes, including large‑scale refurbishments and condition surveys.

Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary plus car allowance

25 days annual leave + 2 company days over Christmas (rising by 1 day per year of service, up to 30 days)

Company laptop and £42 monthly mobile phone allowance


Bonus Scheme

5% of salary on meeting annual fee target

15% of any fee income exceeding the annual target

10% of the first instruction value from new clients (capped at £10,000 per instruction)

Gym contribution (approx. £30 per month)

Private pension – 8% total (5% employee / 3% employer)

Flexible working – up to 2 days per week from home

Early Friday finish at 3pm (subject to workload)
