Site Manager – Dublin – Civil Engineering, Commercial, Residential & Refurbishment
Experienced Site Manager based in the UK and open to Ireland? A well-established Dublin-based main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing delivery team. The company delivers high-quality residential, commercial and refurbishment projects and has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, safety and long-term client relationships.
The Role
- Full responsibility for on-site delivery
- Coordination of subcontractors and trades
- Programme management and daily reporting
- Ensuring quality, safety and timelines are met
- Close collaboration with the Project Manager and the commercial team
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with a main contractor
- Strong track record delivering projects in Ireland
- Trade background preferred
- Stable employment history (2+ years per employer ideal)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
