Night Site Supervisor – Contract (4 Months)

Snowdonia, North Wales

We’re recruiting an experienced Night Site Supervisor to support a major infrastructure project set in the heart of Snowdonia. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in safe delivery, clear direction, and getting the job done right.

Shift Pattern

• Monday – Thursday: 19:00 – 07:00
• Friday: 15:00 – 23:00

The Role

As Night Site Supervisor, you’ll take overall responsibility for site activities during night shifts, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards. You’ll lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with the wider project team to maintain momentum and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all night-time site operations
• Manage labour, plant, materials, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with method statements, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
• Lead toolbox talks, task briefings, and safety briefings
• Drive a strong Health, Safety & Environmental culture
• Support programme delivery and manage site changes as directed
• Close out safety observations, close calls, and incident actions
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and client site representatives
• Contribute to inspections, audits, and project meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Night Site Supervisor / Section Foreman / Site Supervisor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of H&S, assurance, and quality processes
• Experience working on live construction or infrastructure sites
• Proactive, accountable, and delivery-focused mindset
