Mission :

  • Plan and deliver assigned development and qualification test activities as part of cross-functional project teams (Design, V&V, R&T, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing).
  • Support efficient use of test facilities, equipment, instrumentation and consumables, and contribute to test cost estimates and resource planning.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and coordinate with external test houses and suppliers when required.
  • Support multiple test campaigns across development and qualification phases, including occasional work at external test facilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of test facilities, methods, processes and ways of working.

Profile :


  • Background in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in Test Engineering
  • Experience in Rotating equipments.
  • Comfortable with 100% onsite in Pitstone.


  • Basic working knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems to support test rig setup
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle in aerospace or electrical propulsion industries.
  • Experience in development and qualification testing using a range of test equipment and data acquisition systems.
  • Ability to interpret test requirements and define appropriate compliance methods (test, inspection, analysis).
  • Experience producing Test Plans, Test Procedures and Test Reports.
  • Good understanding of Risk Assessment processes and implementation of mitigation actions.
  • Experience with Dewesoft and DASYLab; LabVIEW experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills within assigned work packages.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new test facilities, tools and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet program deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
