We’re working with an innovative engineering and technology organisation to find an Engineering Project Manager to join their R&D team.

This is an opportunity to work on complex electronic products used in critical environments, helping ensure products continue to deliver value throughout their lifecycle while supporting new development and improvements.

The Role

As an Engineering Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of products in serial production, ensuring they are effectively managed throughout their lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive projects, optimise product portfolios and improve engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional product teams

• Manage lifecycle projects and engineering change requests

• Oversee budgets, resources and project delivery

• Contribute to product strategy and product roadmap planning

• Manage risk and report progress to senior leadership

• Drive improvements to lifecycle management processes, tools and methods

• Create visibility across the product portfolio and optimise efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline

• Proven experience managing engineering or product development projects

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making ability

• A proactive mindset with strong prioritisation and delivery focus
