Team Leader Presales (m/f/d) – Network Infrastructure Technology | Remote (UK)


Our client is a global technology leader in connectivity and network infrastructure solutions. To strengthen their international team, we are currently looking for a Team Leader Presales (m/f/d) based in the United Kingdom.


In this role, you will lead and develop a Presales team focused on Datacenter and Hospitality solutions while acting as a senior technical authority and strategic partner for Sales, Innovation, and Solution Support teams.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the presales team, ensuring high-quality technical support for sales, customers, and partners
  • Drive solution strategies and develop outcome-based solutions across the company’s technology portfolio
  • Support strategic customer engagements and contribute to increasing win rates and revenue growth
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions with clear business impact
  • Represent the company externally at industry events, webinars, and technical marketing initiatives


Your Profile:

  • Experience in solution design or presales within enterprise infrastructure environments, such as Datacenters, Hospitality, Stadiums, or Smart Buildings
  • Proven leadership experience in technical presales, solution engineering, or consulting environments
  • Strong expertise in structured cabling and data center architecture, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD)
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong customer orientation and solution-driven mindset
  • Fluent English communication skills
