Sales Development Manager (SDM) - Talent Pipeline

Location:Theale, Reading, England, United Kingdom

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office - Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday)

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities for our clients by:


  • Conducting outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling
  • Generating high-quality sales opportunities and pipeline
  • Working closely with Account Managers to develop targeted account strategies
  • Building a strong understanding of our clients’ industries, markets, and customers
  • Delivering insights that help clients transform their sales and business development approach
