Visum Recruitment has the pleasure of representing our client, an Engineering company who are on the lookout for a Sales Manager (Hire) to cover the UK.

The ideal candidate will haves a sound knowledge of Steam Boilers within the industrial sectors and work as part of a customer facing team.

Sales Manager (Hire) Job Overview

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the UK.
• Conduct Site visits to determine customer requirements and provide bespoke solutions.
• Contribute to the wider growth and development in terms of personnel, structure and process.
• Monitor competitor activity and market conditions.

Sales Manager (Hire) Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the plant hire, and steam boiler market.
• Strong understanding of plant machinery and site operations.
• Full UK Driving License
• Willingness to travel nationwide

Sales Manager (Hire) Salary & Benefits

• Circa £60,000
• Choice of company vehicle
• 25 paid days annual leave, plus 8 statutory days
• Employer 7% contribution pension scheme (after qualifying period)
