Industry: Professional Services (must have a PS industry experience)

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office)

Salary: £54,000 (open to higher)

Bonus: Up to 5%

Contract: Permanent

We are representing a professional services client urgently seeking a Reward, Benefits & Data Advisor. This is a critical replacement role, with the current post‑holder leaving soon. The business is mid–salary review cycle, so they need someone who can step in quickly, ideally immediately available or on a maximum 1‑month notice.

You’ll join a supportive HR team, working directly with the Reward Manager. The environment is collaborative and people‑focused. With the company transitioning to a new HRIS, much of the role is currently manual and Excel‑driven, requiring accuracy, independence, and confidence handling large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the master salary spreadsheet and produce salary letters
• Data cuts and reporting for reward cycles
• Job evaluation & benchmarking (incl. Willis Towers Watson)
• Manage the Benefits Hub, monthly admin & payroll reconciliation
• Coordinate PMI, dental, life assurance, income protection
• First point of contact for employee and partner benefit queries
• Produce HR, Reward & DEI reports (Excel‑heavy)
• Deliver fortnightly HRIS induction to new starters

About You

• Strong Reward & Benefits background
• Advanced Excel: lookups, pivot tables, formulas, data analysis
• Proactive, hands‑on, able to work independently
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable with manual processes and tight deadlines
• Background in legal/professional/financial services is a plus
