What You'll Be Doing:

Recruitment is a sales-driven, people-focused career where you build your own client base and market expertise.

Your role will involve:

• Business development and client outreach
• Sourcing high-quality candidates
• Managing the full recruitment process
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Becoming an expert in sectors such as Automation, Automotive, Renewables, and Semiconductors
