What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment is a sales-driven, people-focused career where you build your own client base and market expertise.

Your role will involve:

• Business development and cold outreach to new clients
• Sourcing and qualifying high-quality candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from briefing to offer stage
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Becoming a market expert within the DACH Engineering sector
