This is a remote Commission-Only Sales Agent role for Microsoft Training services. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting training programs, and establishing strong relationships with new and existing customers. Responsibilities include managing leads, conducting outreach, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with the internal team to align customer needs with training solutions. This role requires proactive communication and a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets.

• Proven sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong customer service capabilities to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Knowledge or familiarity with Microsoft technology and training solutions
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with effective time management skills
• Experience in insurance or related fields is a plus
• Previous experience in training or educational services is advantageous
