Sales Manager

CORElevate is looking for a Sales Manager

Job description

Sales Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Sales Manager to join a well backed, fast growing, multi brand food business entering its next phase of expansion.

This newly created role will focus on driving enterprise-level brand licensing partnerships, targeting larger multi-site operators such as pub groups, universities, cinemas, travel hubs, and hospitality chains. Moving away from single-site or “independent” licensing, the role is centred on securing structured, scalable partnerships that protect brand standards while unlocking new revenue streams.

This position is ideal for a sales professional with experience in food/hospitality sales, franchising, or licensing, who thrives in a growth environment and enjoys building long term, strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise brand licensing strategy, identifying and securing multi-site partners across the UK
  • Target and engage larger operators such as pub chains, universities, cinemas, travel hubs, and hospitality groups
  • Manage the end-to-end licensing sales process, from prospecting and pitching through to commercial agreement
  • Present brand propositions, licensing models, and commercial value clearly and credibly to senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and market activity
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including franchise development and leadership, to support deal progression and onboarding
  • Act as a key point of contact for licensed partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance expectations
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and partnership performance to inform future growth strategy

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, brand licensing, franchising, or enterprise level partnerships
  • Background in food, QSR, hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations highly advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to discuss business models, ROI, and scalable growth opportunities
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Self motivated, proactive, and comfortable building a role and pipeline from scratch
  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-growth environment
  • Existing industry network or enterprise contacts considered a strong advantage, but not essential

Package & Opportunity

  • Salary up to £55,000 - £60,000 base + generous commission structure - OTE 80
  • Opportunity to join a well funded, expanding business at a pivotal stage of growth
  • Clear long term progression opportunities as new revenue streams and partnerships scale over the next 3–5 years
