Senior Repair Design Engineer

Are you an Airframe Design Engineer?

Do you have experience using CATIA V5?

Excited by the idea of hybrid working?

We’re looking for a Senior Repair Design Engineer to join a long-term repair and modification programme, supporting the development and definition of wing structural design solutions.

In this role, you’ll work closely with stress, design, and project teams to deliver high quality CAD models and drawings (Catia V5) in support of ongoing repair activities.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Senior Repair Design Engineer?

• Creating, updating, and maintaining parametric 3D models in Catia V5
• Producing accurate 2D detail and installation drawings
• Interpreting Airbus stress analysis data and project requirements to develop repair design solutions
• Managing interfaces between wing structural components and systems
• Considering manufacturing and installation constraints within design outputs
• Contributing to structural repair design activities

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong proficiency in Catia V5
• Experience creating highquality parametric CAD models
• Ability to produce clear, accurate engineering drawings
• Ability to interpret stress and project inputs to produce design deliverables
• Awareness of manufacturing, installation, and repair processes
