Civil Engineer (SME) Role – 100% Renewables Data Centre Developer (London Hybrid)

£80,000 - £100,000

A leading developer of 100% renewables-powered Nordic data centres is hiring a Civil . Their portfolio leverages geothermal/hydro energy, free cooling, and district-heat export for sustainable flagship projects, offering £80k–£100k salary (experience-dependent).

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing final sign-off for all civil designs across company projects.
• Involvement in Stage 4 design and product development prior to 3rd party engineer appointment.
• Driving cost efficiency in groundworks and substructure design through internal technical leadership.

Essential Expertise

• 10+ years civil design on large industrial/energy sites (power stations, refineries, airports).
• BIM proficiency for site-wide coordination; Nordic geotechnics, flood-resilient drainage, utility corridors.
• Mastery of Eurocodes, local Nordic standards, brownfield remediation.
• Chartered Civil Engineer (preferred) with large-scale infrastructure or data
