We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Structural Design Engineer to join a specialist engineering environment delivering complex structural steel projects across the UK. The role involves designing steel structures, producing engineering calculations, and supporting major infrastructure, commercial and industrial developments within a highly skilled technical team.

This position would suit a highly experienced Structural Design Engineer with a strong background in structural steel design who enjoys working on technically demanding projects. It would particularly appeal to engineers who thrive in collaborative environments and want to contribute to large-scale, high-profile construction and infrastructure schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design structural steel frames, members and connections for a range of projects
• Produce engineering calculations using both manual methods and industry software
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and project teams to resolve technical queries
• Attend project meetings and ensure designs meet technical standards and project requirements
• Support junior engineers and contribute to the development of the wider design team

In return you’ll receive a salary up to £60k and a competitive package.
