Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Europe & SSA Business Development Manager (BDM) for Pipeline at EV, our main office is in Aberdeen but the role can be based remotely with expectations of travel throughout the region to visit clients frequently. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth in the Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa regions. The role will involve creating strategies to expand the company’s market presence, managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
• Experience in pipeline operations, visual diagnostics, or similar technical backgrounds
• Proven negotiation and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted growth strategies
• Proficiency in managing projects, planning, and aligning tasks with business goals
• Familiarity with the energy sector, especially related to Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa markets, is a must.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field experience is preferred
