At g2 Recruitment, we’re hiring ambitious graduates to join our Bristol team (BS1) and build a high earning career in sales. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll run your own business within the business. You’ll build your market, win new clients, and close deals across Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning and growing your own specialist recruitment market
• Building client relationships through outbound sales and business development
• Sourcing and qualifying top candidates in high demand industries
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from first call to deal closure
• Building your personal brand and reputation within your market
• Every deal you close means commission directly in your pocket.

What’s In It For You?

Base Salary £25,000 (£27,500 after probation)

Realistic Earnings:

• Year 1 £30–45k
• Year 2 £50–70k
• Year 3 £100k+

Uncapped commission so you can earn what you’re worth

• Rapid progression from Trainee to Consultant to Senior to Director
