Salary: up to £35,000 + Commission & Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised and elevated client experience, ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developing a personal client book to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Assist clients with product selection, styling advice, and detailed product knowledge
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall performance of the boutique
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Support the team with daily boutique operations including stock management and replenishment

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals
• A genuine interest in luxury fashion
