Job Title: Business Development Representative

Salary: £30,000 + £10,000 OTE

Location: Rochdale

The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth. You’ll focus on generating opportunities, starting meaningful conversations, and building a strong pipeline for the wider sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and engaging potential clients through calls, emails and social outreach
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to identify strong opportunities
  • Booking meetings and creating sales-ready opportunities for senior team members
  • Building a strong understanding of the company’s products, services and target market
  • Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining an organised pipeline
