Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 + Company Car + Bonus

Full-Time | Field-Based | North East

Are you a driven sales professional who loves being out meeting clients, winning new business, and owning your territory? This is an exciting opportunity to join a market‑leading organisation supplying premium linen solutions to hotels, restaurants, and spas across the North East.

We’re looking for a confident, persuasive, and resilient salesperson. Someone who thrives on winning new accounts and building strong relationships with hospitality decision-makers.


Tasks – What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generating new business within the hospitality sector across an assigned North East territory.
  • Selling bed linen, table linen and spa ranges to independent hotels, small groups, and hospitality operators.
  • Delivering high‑impact client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Building relationships with General Managers, Housekeeping Managers, and Buying teams.
  • Managing your diary and CRM pipeline to maximise sales activity.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to convert opportunities and secure long-term contracts.
  • Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Requirements – What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience (hospitality experience is a bonus, not essential).
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the confidence to win business independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly self‑motivated, organised, and target-driven.
  • Ability to analyse performance metrics and shape a local sales strategy.
  • Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
