Fine Watches and Jewellery Specialist

Old Bond Street.

Salary: £44,000 - £50,000

We are looking for a Sales & Service Watches and Jewellery Specialist to join a prestigious luxury house. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience, guiding clients with expert knowledge of watches and jewellery, while supporting the store in achieving its sales goals. You will embody the values and spirit of the House in every client interaction and teamwork scenario.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and contribute to store turnover through expert selling and client engagement.
• Provide personalised guidance, after-sales support, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, accurately recording client data in the CRM.
• Support colleagues through collaboration, sharing product knowledge, and participating in team briefings.
• Maintain exceptional store standards, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and merchandise handling.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, including Watches, Jewellery, and other métiers, as well as brand heritage and luxury trends.
• Contribute to store performance metrics, including ACE score, conversion rate, sales, and client retention.

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for or expertise in Watches and/or Jewellery.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail and high-end clientele.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clienteling skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work across multiple métiers.
• Calm under pressure, proactive, and committed to delivering excellence.
• Strong administrative skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to act as a true ambassador for the House with high personal standards.
