About The Role
This role is responsible for delivering regional sales performance within the industrial market, promoting piping, instrumentation, valves and actuation solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven track record in regional or national sales management
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Experience managing key accounts, distributors and customer relationships
- Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts and performance metrics
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking capability
- Working knowledge of technical or engineering products and terminology
- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Based in the South West / East Anglia
Nice to Have
- Experience within industrial flow solutions or related industrial sectors
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and product specifications
- Experience working within high performing sales team
- Tender management and rebate negotiation experience
- Broader understanding of competitor landscape and market trends
