As the brand continues its international expansion, we are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the development and performance of our counter at Selfridges.


Your Mission

As Assistant Manager, you support the Business Manager in driving the success of the counter.

You play a key role in team leadership, sales performance, and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.


Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Support the Business Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the team of Fragrance Advisors.
  • Ensure the consistent application of Retail Excellence standards and client service rituals.
  • Contribute to the onboarding and coaching of new team members.
  • Act as a role model on the sales floor, fostering a collaborative and high-energy team environment.

Sales & Business Performance

  • Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver personalised fragrance consultations and create memorable client experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and strengthen client loyalty.
  • Support the Business Manager in monitoring performance and implementing commercial actions.

Operations & Brand Excellence

  • Assist in overseeing daily counter operations, including stock management and merchandising.
  • Ensure the counter maintains exceptional visual standards aligned with the brand image.
  • Represent the Maison with passion, expertise, and elegance at all times.


Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end beauty, ideally in fragrance.
  • Previous experience in team coordination or supervisory responsibilities is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with a true passion for perfumery.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
