Head/Lead Mechanical Engineer - Cambridge - True Innovation
We're partnered with one of the most innovative tech communications organisations in Cambridge, who rarely hire at this senior level. They are expanding globally and are looking to bring in an elite Head/Lead Mechanical Engineer to take full ownership and authority of their designs from concept through to delivery.

Key skillsets:
- Lead-level mechanical engineering experience, owning design direction across the full product lifecycle
- Strong background in scalable manufacturing, including injection moulding and successful volume production delivery
- Proven ability to translate complex or conflicting requirements into clear specifications and first-time-right designs
- Experience mentoring and developing senior engineers
Nice to have:
- Exposure to electronics or acoustic systems
- Experience working with radio frequency systems
