Position: Head QHSE
JD:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
- IRCA‑approved and registered Lead Auditor (or equivalent) for at least one IMS standard:
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
- ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
- International professional certifications in multi‑disciplinary areas such as:
- Welding
- Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT)
- Painting / Coatings / Surface Protection (preferred)
- Minimum 20 years’ experience in Quality & HSE Management within offshore oil & gas projects
- Experience across all project phases: concept, FEED, detailed engineering, and EPIC/execution
- At least 5 years in a senior QHSE leadership role with a major Operator, EPC/EPIC contractor, or international consultant
- Quality Manager / Head of Quality profile
- Looking for candidates who hold relevant certifications such as NACE and recognized welding qualifications, along with strong quality management experience.
