Senior Front End Engineer – React / Next.js

£140,000–£200,000 Base + Serious equity

Rare chance to join a very early stage AI platform that has just raised an unusually large Series A of close to $100 Million from tier one fintech and technology investors.

The company is extremely well funded for its stage, and already working with major financial institutions (Major FinTech, Big 4 + Tier 1 Banks). One of the lead investors almost never invests this early. That alone tells you how big this could become.

The Equity in play here is Founding level, as they want the best Engineers to feel as connected to the businesses as possible. Ever since their raise the company valuation has grown hugely, so a major exit event is on the horizon for its early Engineers.

The product

They’re building an agent based AI system that automates complex, high risk workflows inside regulated environments. Their product helps some of the worlds most recognised companies automate complex tasks in a matter of moments.

What they are looking for.

• 5+ years commercial experience with React
• Successful scale up backgrounds, Engineers who have grown with a company from Series A - C and beyond.
• Individuals from strong Product Engineering environments.
• Engineers who have worked for companies with AI at its core.
• Strong Degree in a related field from top 20 UK universities, or similarly world wide ranked universities elsewhere.

Working situation

• £140-200k Base salaries
• Huge equity.
• 5 days a week on site.
