Serious Injury Litigation Executive - High Value Claims - £35K
A highly respected and forward-thinking law firm is seeking to appoint an exceptional Litigation Executive. This is a standout opportunity for a talented legal professional to step into a role offering genuine progression, exposure to high-value multi-track work, and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a distinguished Serious Injury department.
The department handles a wide range of complex, high value serious injury claims, typically valued from £200K upwards. Injuries are often significant and the matters have complex liability issues
The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio of Multi-track cases. Responsibilities range from drafting legal documents, reviewing medical evidence, court applications, reviewing extensive disclosure, instructing experts, liaising with Counsel, attending conferences and ensuring high standard of client care.
The Candidate
- Previous experience handling litigated serious injury claims
- Excellent drafting skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Capability to handle intricate evidence
- Confident in instructing Counsel, preparing for hearings, and attending conferences
