I am currently working with a highly established and regarded, award winning law firm who are seeking an accomplished and motivated Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their thriving litigation department.

Role Overview:
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of both residential and commercial property disputes. You will have the autonomy to manage cases independently while receiving support and guidance from a collaborative team of experienced professionals. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent client management skills, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, boundary disputes, possession proceedings, and service charge disputes.
• Provide expert legal advice on residential and commercial property issues, tailoring solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key legal documents such as claim forms, witness statements, instructions to counsel, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed reports to support case strategies and client recommendations.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediation sessions, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring regular communication and updates on case progress.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions.
• Contribute to business development activities, including networking events, client meetings, and marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in property litigation.
• Extensive experience handling a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes.
• Strong knowledge of relevant property and litigation laws and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
• Proficient in using legal research tools and case management systems.
• A strong team player with a willingness to contribute to the growth and success of the department.
