Tenancy & Property Manager - Trendy North West London Location

£40,000 - £45,000 | 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday | 1 Day WFH

A prestigious, boutique property company in a trendy North London location is looking for a polished and professional Tenancy & Property Manager to join their growing team.

This is a rare chance to work with a high-net-worth portfolio of c.40 fully managed prime properties, plus 70 let-only tenancies, delivering a tailored, concierge-style service to landlords and tenants. The role offers a fantastic mix of tenancy progression and property management, from onboarding tenants and overseeing compliance, to coordinating refurbishments and resolving day-to-day issues with discretion and efficiency.

You’ll be joining a dynamic, ambitious team in a young but fast-growing business, where progression is very much on the table as the portfolio expands. The ideal candidate will be articulate, detail-driven, and solutions-focused, with at least 2 years’ experience in tenancy and property management (ARLA Level 3 desirable).

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-standard, client-facing environment and is keen to take ownership of a boutique portfolio while enjoying the flexibility of two days working from home.

Knowledge of Reapit advantageous.
