Conveyancing Paralegal (progression to Fee Earner)

Hybrid 3 days in the office

A long standing National law firm are looking to recruit a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join their highly regarded conveyancing team at their central Leeds office. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a Senior Property Solicitor, providing support on their caseload while also managing a small portfolio of your own sale files.

This role offers a clear progression path, with the opportunity to step up to Fee Earner level within 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist a Senior Solicitor with a busy caseload of residential property matters.
• Manage a selection of your own sale files from instruction to completion.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
• Provide excellent client service at all stages of the conveyancing process.

About You:

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in conveyancing or remortgage is essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Keen interest in developing your career towards a fee-earning role.
