Personal Injury Paralegal - Greater Manchester - Up to £32K

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful and growing team within a well-established firm based in Greater Manchester. The team specialises in Personal Injury, handling a wide range of matters including RTA, EL/PL, and complex high-value multi-track claims. With significant investment in technology and training, the firm supports progression and professional development at every level.

The successful candidate will support senior solicitors with litigated files and have the chance to manage a caseload of their own under supervision. Duties include drafting legal documents, preparing court bundles, liaising with clients and experts, and progressing cases in line with service level agreements. This is an ideal role for a paralegal looking to develop their experience in a high-performing, supportive environment with real opportunities for advancement.

The Candidate

• Paralegal with experience in Personal Injury
• Strong interest in litigation and claimant PI work
• Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
