• Competitive salary (£40,000 - £45,000 DOE)
• 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with 1 day WFH

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing tenancy progression and property management across a boutique portfolio
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Overseeing compliance, refurbishments, and maintenance with discretion and efficiency
• Delivering a high‑standard, client‑focused service in a fast‑paced environment
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in tenancy and property management
• Articulate, detail‑driven, and solutions‑focused approach
• ARLA Level 3 qualification desirable
• Knowledge of Reapit advantageous
