Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : Newcastle upon Tyne (NE27 0BY)
Job Type : 6 Month Contract (Potential to Convert to Permanent)
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a leading Banking Group supporting Personal Loans account holders.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with call centre experience looking to grow within financial services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the first point of contact for Personal Loans customers via inbound calls
- Deliver exceptional customer service while handling account-related queries
- Manage and update customer information accurately in line with company policies
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment
- Strive to achieve first-contact resolution for all customer enquiries
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following strict processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Meet Key Performance Indicators including Average Handling Time (AHT)
Required Experience:
- Previous Call Centre / Contact Centre experience
- Strong Customer Service background
- Excellent communication and listening skills
Desirable Experience:
- Financial Services customer support experience
- Personal Loans servicing experience
- Customer Records Management experience
