The Role

Commercial Property Solicitor 4+ PQE - Chelmsford / Colchester - Salary up to £80,000

This is a superb opportunity to join an established Legal 500 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals across the UK.

Due to the continued development and expansion of the firm’s Commercial Property department, it is now seeking to appoint a 4+ PQE Solicitor to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a progressive and varied legal practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing their own portfolio of commercial property maters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work.

The Candidate

• Commercial Property Solicitor with experience of managing their own portfolio
• Deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice to a diverse range of clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Support junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to business development initiatives, helping to grow both your own and the firm’s professional network
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-referrals and firm-wide growth
