Planner – Façade Specialist (UK Projects up to £20m)

West London (Office-Based | 1–2 Days WFH | Occasional Site Visits)

£65,000 – £75,000 + Package


A leading European façade specialist is seeking an experienced Planner to support the delivery of major UK high-rise projects valued up to £20m.

With headquarters and manufacturing facilities in Turkey, this business specialises in the design and manufacture of bespoke unitised façade systems, delivered across Europe and the UK. Working in partnership with Tier 1 main contractors, they have built a strong reputation for quality, technical expertise, and reliable delivery — with a strong pipeline of high-rise tower projects across London and Manchester.


The Role

As Planner, you will play a key role in supporting both pre-construction and construction teams, ensuring programmes are robust, accurate, and aligned across departments.

You will be primarily office-based, with the flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week and attend site as required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and update detailed project programmes using ASTA Powerproject and MS Project
  • Produce tender and pre-construction programmes with clear sequencing strategies
  • Create and maintain design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and installation schedules
  • Monitor progress, identify programme risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Work closely with procurement, design, logistics and operational teams
  • Provide clear reporting and programme updates to internal stakeholders and Tier 1 main contractors
  • Support continuous improvement of planning processes across multiple live schemes


About You

  • Proven experience as a Planner within façade, envelope, glazing or specialist subcontracting
  • Experience delivering high-rise or large-scale construction projects
  • Strong working knowledge of ASTA Powerproject and MS Project
  • Clear understanding of design, manufacturing, procurement and installation sequencing
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across technical and commercial teams
