Role description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the heart of the City of London, offering an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic restaurant environment. As Restaurant Manager, you will be at the forefront of daily operations, driving excellence and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You’ll lead and inspire the front-of-house team, uphold exceptional food and beverage standards, build strong guest relationships, and take an active role in recruiting and developing top talent. You will also support health and safety compliance, help achieve financial goals, and contribute to preserving and enhancing the restaurant’s outstanding reputation.
Qualifications
• A proven passion for exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on creating memorable guest experiences
• Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, and motivating teams, fostering collaboration and a positive workplace culture
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with guests, team members, and external partners
• A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, service standards, and best practices
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is essential
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality, business management, or a related field are highly desirable
