An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Residential Property Paralegals to join one of our well established clients, across their Elgin and Inverness offices.
The Role:
We are seeking capable and motivated paralegals to support the busy Residential Property teams. The role will involve:
- Assisting solicitors with title due diligence
- Preparing first drafts of standard securities and discharges
- Ordering all relevant property searches
- Preparing Land Registration application forms and submitting deeds for registration
- Preparing LBTT submissions
About You:
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
- Strong knowledge of Scottish property transactions and registration processes
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach
