Senior Project Manager
About the Project
Salter Grange have partnered with a reputable main contractor to recruit a driven and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of c.£70m+ new build residential development in London.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of the scheme, ensuring it is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, procurement, and delivery of the hotel development
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, and construction
- Monitor budgets, schedules, risk, and compliance with health & safety regulations
- Coordinate with developers, operators, and local authorities to maintain project momentum
- Ensure quality assurance and sustainability standards are met
About You
- Experience having worked for a main contractor within the UK previously as a Project Manager
- Proven track record of managing large-scale (£50m+) construction projects, ideally in residential or mixed-use sectors
- Strong commercial awareness with experience in budget management and contract administration
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A hands on leader with the ability to motivate diverse teams and resolve challenges proactively
