Senior Property Analyst – Offices & Life Sciences

London (Hybrid – 4 days in office)

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 + bonus and benefits

Cobalt is delighted to be supporting a market leading UK Real Estate Investment Manager to appoint a Senior Analyst within their Investment team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded, UK-focused investment platform with a prime London office portfolio and significant assets under management.

The Role

Our client is seeking a commercially astute Senior Analyst to support performance analysis across a flagship central London office portfolio, including major campus assets.

You will work closely with Asset Management, Investment and Development teams, providing detailed valuation and performance insight to drive strategic decision-making and maximise returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the valuation process for allocated assets
• Appraise leasing transactions and asset management initiatives
• Support acquisition and disposal underwriting
• Deliver detailed performance and portfolio analysis
• Manage annual forecasting processes
• Work closely with joint venture partners and senior stakeholders
• Drive efficiency improvements across analytical processes and systems

This role offers direct exposure to some of London’s most significant office assets and the opportunity to influence performance at scale.

About You

• Degree qualified; MRICS preferred
• Strong post-qualification valuation experience
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability
• Proficiency in Argus Enterprise
• Deep understanding of London office markets and valuation metrics
• Commercially confident with strong stakeholder management skills

You will be analytically rigorous, detail-oriented, and confident presenting insights to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment.
