Operations – HS&E

Location: Chipping Campden

We’re looking for a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to join our HS&E team at our Chipping Campden site.

The role:

You’ll support the HS&E Manager in maintaining and improving our health, safety, and environmental management systems, working closely with teams across the business to embed best practice.

What you’ll do

• Advise and support compliance with HS&E legislation and internal policies

• Carry out risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations

• Analyse HS&E data and prepare reports for senior management

• Support HS&E representatives and deliver training across the business

• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement

About you

• NEBOSH Certificate (Level 3 or equivalent)

• 2–3 years’ experience in an HS&E role

• Strong knowledge of HS&E legislation

• Confident communicator with good analytical and organisational skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
