Location: Bedfordshire | Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home – flexible which days)

Salary: £50,000 (Senior) | £35,000–£40,000 (Town Planner)

Why This Role?

Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their Planning Team (currently 5 strong) and looking for a commercially minded, proactive planner who thrives in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

You’ll work on projects ranging from £250k to £25m, leading complex developments across the UK from concept to delivery.

The Role

You will: depending on your staring level

• Lead and manage the planning process for major schemes nationwide
• Prepare and sign off planning reports
• Provide strategic planning advice to clients
• Represent the company at committees and stakeholder meetings
• Oversee applications, appeals and planning conditions (RIBA Stages 1–6)
• Drive quality, innovation and continuous improvement within the team

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Geography, Urban Planning or related (2:1+)
• 3–4+ years’ experience in the private sector (consultancy or developer side)
• RTPI Chartered or working towards
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
