The Role


RTA Litigation Executive - Manchester - Hybrid - up to £34,000


This is an outstanding opportunity to join a Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 firm, recognised for delivering specialist legal services to both businesses and individuals. Due to continued growth within the firm’s Motor department, they are looking to appoint a Paralegal to join their award-winning, market-leading team.


In this role, you will manage your own mixed caseload of Fast Track and Small Claims litigated Motor cases. The work will span personal injury, credit hire, and complex liability motor claims.


You’ll be joining a dynamic and collaborative team that advises an impressive client base of major insurers, TPAs, self-insureds, and commercial organisations. The team is known for its technical strength and strong presence in the defendant personal injury and motor claims sector.


This diverse and hands-on position offers excellent exposure to high-calibre files, with the opportunity to conduct complex investigations and liaise directly with clients and third parties. You’ll work closely with a Technical Supervisor, while also taking initiative and responsibility for independently progressing cases.


The Candidate

  • Previous experience managing your own caseload of litigated RTA Fast Track and small claims,
  • Solid knowledge of the MOJ and OIC portals
  • Familiarity with Credit Hire claims
  • Strong understanding of court procedures and the CPR
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Strong legal insight with attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Proficient in using case management systems and general IT
