Position: Helicopter Administrator
Location: Norwich
Work Pattern: Contract - Hybrid
We’re recruiting for a Helicopter Administrator to support a major offshore wind project, providing aviation coordination and compliance support for all helicopter operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily flight schedules and passenger manifests
- Verify offshore certifications (GWO, HUET/BOSIET, Medical)
- Liaise with helicopter operators, offshore teams and marine coordination
- Track personnel movements and maintain accurate operational records
- Support reporting, audits and emergency response procedures
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, aviation admin or offshore coordination
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changeable environment
- Proficient in MS Office
Offshore wind or aviation experience is highly desirable.
