Position: Helicopter Administrator

Location: Norwich

Work Pattern: Contract - Hybrid


We’re recruiting for a Helicopter Administrator to support a major offshore wind project, providing aviation coordination and compliance support for all helicopter operations.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily flight schedules and passenger manifests
  • Verify offshore certifications (GWO, HUET/BOSIET, Medical)
  • Liaise with helicopter operators, offshore teams and marine coordination
  • Track personnel movements and maintain accurate operational records
  • Support reporting, audits and emergency response procedures

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, aviation admin or offshore coordination
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changeable environment
  • Proficient in MS Office

Offshore wind or aviation experience is highly desirable.
