Corporate Insurance Lawyer (2+ PQE) | London | Leading International Firm

A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Corporate Insurance Associate (2+ PQE) to join its highly regarded London team.

This is a standout opportunity to work on complex, high-value insurance transactions with a genuinely global platform.

The Role

You will advise insurers, reinsurers, brokers and PE-backed platforms on:

• UK and cross-border M&A

• Part VII and portfolio transfers

• Insurance restructurings and group reorganisations

• Reinsurance and distribution arrangements

• Strategic joint ventures

You’ll work closely with market-leading partners, gain strong client exposure, and collaborate with colleagues across key international jurisdictions.

About You

• England & Wales qualified

• 2+ years’ PQE from a recognised corporate/insurance practice

• Strong M&A experience (insurance sector exposure highly desirable)

• Technically strong with excellent drafting skills

• Commercial, proactive and comfortable managing responsibility
