As an Internal Recruiter, your role will include:

Early Talent Programmes

  • Screening candidates for our graduate and apprenticeship programmes
  • Liaising with apprenticeship providers
  • Working closely with the Head of Talent to ensure smooth people processes and a seamless candidate experience


Headhunting

  • Supporting our growth by headhunting consultants and engineers from entry level up to Director across eight offices
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
  • Engaging with passive candidates and industry networks to attract top talent
  • Support general recruitment administration across the business

  • Good telephone etiquette, ability to objection handle and follow up
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, with a collaborative approach
