  • NEBOSH Diploma (advantageous)
  • Demonstrable experience building or transforming H&S systems
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally

What’s on Offer

  • £50,000–£60,000 salary

  • Employee assistance programme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Long service recognition
  • Funded training and accredited development opportunities
  • Access to retail, leisure and lifestyle discounts
  • Clear progression opportunities within a wider multi-division group

Why Apply?

This is a genuinely unique opportunity to architect a national health and safety function within a growing hazardous materials business. The successful candidate will have the autonomy, senior-level exposure and strategic influence to make a measurable impact from day one.
