A leading international law firm with a collaborative, high‑performing employment practice is seeking an Employment Solicitor (0–2 PQE) to join its Birmingham office. The team is recognised for delivering commercially focused employment advice to major employers across sectors including tech, life sciences, finance, hospitality and sport. This opportunity offers high‑quality, varied work across both contentious and non‑contentious matters within a trusted, supportive and innovative team environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers on litigation, investigations, advisory projects and wider business transformation mandates. You will gain hands‑on responsibility early, assisting with tribunal litigation, workplace investigations, TUPE issues, restructurings and day‑to‑day advisory queries. The role provides meaningful client exposure, involvement in training and thought leadership, and the chance to contribute to cross‑border matters through the firm’s strong international network.
